I traveled from Scotland to escape for a break and The Old Granary was the perfect location. The rooms/apartments were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with clear instructions for all appliances. The attention to detail and thoughtful extras, like a welcome hamper and ice in the freezer, made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is beautifully finished, with a blend of modern and traditional elements, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. We appreciated the shared garden space that allowed for privacy while still being able to interact with other guests. We can't wait to come back.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Granary and couldn't have asked for more. The cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The two double beds were incredibly comfortable and the rain shower head in one of the bathrooms was a luxurious touch. The welcome pack provided was a lovely surprise and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We even had a laugh trying to figure out how to turn on the hob, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again. a perfect getaway that exceeded our expectations.

What a fantastic stay we had at The Old Granary! From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm welcome and were impressed by the thoughtful conversion of the agricultural building. The hosts, Clare and Louise, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and make our stay enjoyable. We even got a tour of the farm and some fresh potatoes straight from the barn! The self-catering option gave us the independence we were looking for during our business trip, and the accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the little touches like tasteful Christmas decorations and a welcome basket. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with beautiful views and a nearby pub within walking distance. Despite a minor issue with the bed and the need for a larger bed for our family, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Old Granary and will definitely be recommending it to others. it was a perfect stay that truly made us feel like we were on holiday, not business.
